29 items. Original order of items was maintained. Artwook loose inside artists' portfolio. Includes pencil sketches and a color painting of unidentified women, men, children, and a sleeping cat as both portrails and full-body drawings, a recreation of Rembrandt's "Bust of an Old Woman (Rembrandt's Mother)" in pencil, and other nature scenes. Inscribed in front cover “Ella E. Hough, Carrollton, Ills. / 1042 South [illegible] / St. Louis / Nov 1./'87". Marbled front and back cover with a cloth string to close book.
